All classes begin at 5:30AM unless otherwise specified. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and set up.
Classes are held at Surya Center for Yoga at 848 Denton Tap Rd. Suite 250 in Coppell.

ATTENTION: If you are interested in Fit Club but the session times and place are not a good fit for you, suggest a different time and location. A few friends is all it takes to start a Fit Club at your preferred time and location!
