6 Step Great Shape Fit Club Experience
Step 1: Sign Up
Fill out your sign up forms and make your one time investment on our website.
Step 2: BEFORE Evaluation
Meet with your Fit Club Coach for the following:
Weight
Girth Measurements
Body Composition
Before Picture
Step 3: Preparation for Success
Listen to your nutrition audio to learn how supportive nutrition optimizes your results. Get rid of any food that is not on your supportive
nutrition plan and shop for food and kitchen accessories that support your Fit Club experience.
Step 4: The Workouts
Your workouts will consist of various weight training, conditioning, and flexibility drills. Each day will include some of the following:
•Dynamic
Flexibility Activities •Weight Training •Circuit Training
•Thigh, Hip, and Glute Shaping Exercises •Conditioning Drills
•Stair Climbing
•Jump Rope •Agility Drills •Ab and Core Training
•Partner Exercises
In addition to your high energy days, you will attend two yoga classes
at our host site (Surya Center for Yoga- Coppell). You will enjoy stretching, balance, and relaxation techniques to increase your
sense of calm and awareness.
Step 5: AFTER Evaluation
You will repeat the same evaluations that you did after signup to received documented proof of your improvement.
Step 6: Completion Celebration
Receive you Certificate of Completion and other awards at your completion ceremony. Immediately commit to a fitness plan that will help you continue or maintain your Great Shape Fit Club results. May we suggest another round of Great Shape Fit Club?
You will meet with your Fit Club Coach and club members every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30 am SHARP for your high energy workouts!
Locate or purchase the necessary apparel, footwear, and accessories as outlined in your sign up forms.
