How is Fit Club different than other boot camps?  Fit Club guarantees boot camp results with a boutique experience.  Each session is capped at 20 participants so that YOU get the attention you deserve ensuring that you will never get lost in the crowd.  Unlike in most bootcamps, you are given EXTENSIVE nutrition assistance instead of a one time seminar.  You will receive a comprehensive nutrition program (including book and audios) and your coach will provide ONGOING encouragement and coaching with weekly food journal feedback so that you can improve and see great results.  There are special fitness events, workout buddies, incentives and more to keep you active on your off days.  Finally, because Concita is so confident that her program is your best option to get in shape, if you follow the program, and don't get results, you can have your money back or repeat the program for FREE!
Why do I need to do before and after evaluations? The results of your before evaluation will help your instructor guide you to the appropriate level of exercise during the beginning classes. You will also receive orientation, and have your questions answered at your before evaluation. Completing your after evaluation will provide you with documented proof of your accomplishments and success on the program.

What do I have to bring to class? Athletic Shoes (running or cross training), Towel, Water Bottle, Exercise Mat, Set of Dumbbells (5 or 8 pounds), Willingness to Give 100%


What type of people join great shape fit club? People just like you who are committed to making a positive change in how they look and feel join great shape fit club. All sizes, shapes, and fitness levels are welcomed and will be accommodated appropriately.

Will I have to have a gym membership to participate? No. Our workouts will be held at the Surya Center for Yoga in Coppell, TX. No gym membership is required.
Is this an outdoor class? YES!  Unless weather conditions are prohibitive, we work out outdoors.  No clocks, no doors, just fresh air and fun!

What if I don’t know how/ can’t do the exercises? That’s fine. All exercises can be modified for each participant. We will use simple movements that are easy to learn. You will be allowed to use light weights or no weights until you can properly execute the movements.

What if I have injuries? Be sure that you are cleared by your doctor to participate in exercise. Exercises will be modified to accommodate each club member and to avoid aggravating existing injuries.

Will I be sore? It is common to experience soreness during the first couple of days. This is a normal part of getting into great shape as you push yourself to perform outside of your normal comfort zone. As the weeks pass, you may experience less soreness as your body adapts to higher level of exercise effort.
